Suzanne Gellman is University of Missouri Extension faculty, BS and MS in Consumer Economics, J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law and member of the Missouri Bar. She has developed programs and taught personal finance for 18 years, authored three financial education curriculums and numerous articles, developed financial education informational pieces for the public, and serves as a financial consultant. Gellman has led the Women’s Financial Education Series for over 12 years.  She facilitates other local programs, which include Get Checking, a program to help consumers engage or re-engage in the banking system, and the local $tart $mart and Work $mart (negotiation skills for women) programs from Wage Project.
